Refund policy

Refunds are only available if items are out of stock, or issue with quality of products. A refund can be claimed only if products are found damaged prior any usage and must be unused and in the same condition received.

Once we receive your return package, inspection and notification of receive will be noticed. Immediate notification will be sent out on the status of your refund after inspection of the item.

Returns & Exchanges Condition
Please inspect all products in the package once you've received. Returns (due to quality issue or sold out products) and Exchanges request are only accept within 48 hours after the package was delivered or signed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
