Yes. We ship to over 100 countries in the world. As long as you can make a purchase on our website with your address, then your location is within our shipping zone.

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-4 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season.

If you order contains Pre-Order items, then it may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship out your order.

We only accept Refunds regarding quality issues. Please check our Refund Policy at the bottom of the page for detail.

If the cancellation is not issued by yourself, then your order was cancelled most likely because the item is oversold or your payment is declined. You may contact our Customer Service for detail.

You may track your order directly within the link in your order confirmation email. As long as your order is shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number.
